Court rules against Obamacare in Halbig v Burwell (Sebelius)

I was going to take the day off but this ruling is huge and to fully understand the implications go over to Hotair for a full rundown

Here is the ruling’s conclusion:rulingIn brief they ruled in the same manor , Justice Elena Kagan did in Michigan vs. Bay Mills Indian Community: “this court does not revise legislation … just because the text as written creates an apparent anomaly as to some subject it does not address.”

Hey! We had to pass it to know what’s in it right.

There will certainly be appeals, but for the moment this is a victory for those of us so detrimentally harmed by ObamaCare.

Now I’m going back to my day off… with a big smile on my face.
